I AM Residential is not yet open — but the work is underway. We have secured a property and are moving through the steps required to open a safe, certified, and spiritually grounded residential program. We are committed to doing this right.

Where We Are Right Now
Opening a certified residential program takes time done right. Here is every step — and exactly where we stand.
Program Site In Place
We have a leasing/occupancy agreement for a property designated for the I AM Residential program. The physical foundation is in place.
Architectural & Permitting
Architectural plans are in progress. We are working through the permitting process to ensure the facility meets all local and state requirements.
DHCS Certification
Once construction and permitting are complete, we will pursue California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) certification — the required licensure for operating a residential substance use disorder program.
Staff Hiring & Training
We will recruit and train qualified staff — including counselors, case managers, and support personnel — who share our mission and values.
Open for Residents
With certification and staffing in place, I AM Residential will open its doors to all people seeking recovery, restoration, and a new life in Christ.
What to Expect
A Program Built Around the Whole Person
I AM Residential is a residential rehabilitation program built on the conviction that healing involves the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. We believe that all good things come from God, including the gifts of medicine and clinical care. For that reason, we embrace medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric support, and evidence-based clinical services as important parts of recovery, in harmony with faith. Medical and clinical care are provided on-site by staff from I AM Recovery Inc., our partner organization, while spiritual formation remains the foundation the entire program is built on.Evidence-Based Clinical Care Medical oversight, psychiatric support, addiction medicine, and individual therapy are provided on-site by I AM Recovery Inc. staff — integrated directly into residential life.
Structured Daily Living
A consistent daily rhythm of prayer, meals, group sessions, and personal time — designed to rebuild the habits of a healthy life.
Evidence-Based Clinical Care
Medical oversight, psychiatric support, addiction medicine, and individual therapy provided on-site by I AM Recovery Inc staff — integrated directly into residential life. We are not anti-medicine. We use what works.
Spiritual Formation
Daily chapel, access to I AM Academy coursework, and one-on-one spiritual direction with our chaplain.
Community & Accountability
Life in community with others in recovery — shared meals, group accountability, and mutual support.
